Work with us

One clear offer.
One clear outcome.

Most consultants sell time. We sell a result. The AI Operations Audit is a fixed-scope, fixed-deliverable engagement that tells you exactly where to automate, what it will cost, and what you will get back.

The AI Operations Audit

A structured 5-day engagement that tells you exactly where to automate in your business - with the numbers to back it up and a plan your team can act on immediately.

1
Operations mapping
We document your 3–5 most time-intensive processes in detail - every step, every exception, every person involved. This is the work most clients have never done.
2
Stack and data audit
We review your existing tools, data quality, and integration landscape. This determines what is automatable now versus what needs groundwork first.
3
Opportunity ranking
We rank every identified automation opportunity by effort, impact, and risk. You see exactly which ones to build first and why.
4
ROI modelling
Conservative time-saved estimates, error rate reduction, and downstream value for each opportunity. Based on actual numbers from your operations, not industry averages.
5
Implementation roadmap
A phased plan with timelines, tool recommendations, dependencies, and an executive summary your leadership team can present and approve.
What you receive
Current-state process documentation
3–5 ranked automation opportunities
ROI model per opportunity
Tool and stack recommendation
Phased implementation roadmap
Executive summary for leadership

The document you receive is yours to keep - whether you build with us or not. You can take it to any contractor, implement it internally, or use it to evaluate your options.

The four stages

Talk. Write. Plan. Build.

Each stage delivers something you keep. You are never paying for a promise about what comes next.

Free 01
Talk
A focused 20-minute conversation. We map your operations, find where the real constraint is, and give you an honest answer - whether AI automation makes sense for you right now, and where.
You receive
A clear diagnosis: where your operations are losing the most time, whether automation is the right fix, and what we would prioritise first.
If there is something worth building →
02
Write
A deep-dive into your processes, data, and stack. We document exactly what we found, what we would build, and what the expected return looks like. You can take this document anywhere.
You receive
A strategy document: process audit, recommended automation design, tool selection rationale, and a first-pass ROI model.
If the strategy makes business sense →
03
Plan
We translate the strategy into a phased implementation roadmap - tools, timelines, milestones, and a cost breakdown your leadership team can review and approve.
You receive
An executive-ready implementation plan: fully scoped, costed by phase, and ready to present internally or begin immediately.
If the plan gets the green light →
04
Build
We build exactly what the plan describes. No scope creep, no surprises. Delivered, integrated into your existing stack, tested, and handed over with documentation and a support window.
You receive
A production-ready automation system, integrated with your stack. Documented. Tested. Running.
Why it works this way

You are never paying for a promise about what comes next.

Every stage produces something you keep regardless of what follows. The strategy document is useful whether you build with us or not - you can take it to any consultant, build it internally, or use it to evaluate your options. The implementation plan is useful whether you start today or in six months.

We designed it this way because we only want to work with clients who find genuine value at every step. Lock-in produces bad work. Each stage should earn the next one.

"If at any point you do not think the work is worth continuing, we stop. That is not a sales technique - it is how we ensure every engagement we take on is one we are proud to put our name on."

Is this right for you?

We work with a specific kind of client.

This works well if
You spend more than eight hours a week on work that should already be automated - and you know it
You have tried a point solution and it either broke, did not scale, or did not go far enough
You have a clear bottleneck in your operations and no confident answer on what to do about it
You need to demonstrate a result - to a board, an investor, or yourself - within a defined timeframe
You want a system that runs in production, not a proof of concept that needs babysitting
This is not the right fit if
You want someone to install a tool and hand it over - we build systems engineered around your specific operations
You need a generic AI chatbot or a pre-built workflow applied without customisation
You are not willing to invest two to three hours of your own time in the discovery and strategy phases
You are looking for the lowest-cost option - our work is priced against the value it creates, not against off-the-shelf rates
Common questions

Before you book.

What actually happens in the free session?
An initial call with our team. We ask about your operations, your stack, and where you feel the most friction. Depending on what we find, we may follow up with a deeper technical session with our principal before recommending a path forward. There is no pitch. You get an honest assessment.
What if I do the strategy engagement and decide not to proceed?
You keep the strategy document. You can use it to brief another consultant, build it internally, or revisit it when the timing is right. We do not put restrictions on it.
How long does a full engagement take?
Discovery is 20 minutes. The strategy document takes one to two weeks depending on process complexity. Implementation timelines vary - most projects run between four and twelve weeks from kickoff to handover.
Do I need a technical team on my side?
No. We handle the full build, integration, and handover. Your involvement is to describe how your operations work and to confirm that what we deliver fits your workflow.
What does it cost?
The discovery session is free. Strategy and planning are fixed-fee engagements - you receive a clear number before each stage begins. Build work is scoped and quoted per project. You will always know the cost before any work starts.
How do you decide who to take on?
We keep a short client list deliberately. Every enquiry goes through our team first - we assess fit, complexity, and timing before committing. If there is a genuine match, we move forward. If we are at capacity or the work is not the right fit for us, we will tell you that directly. Quality over volume is the only way this works.

The session costs nothing. The question is whether your operations can afford another six months without this.

No commitment. No proposal. Just a conversation.
